Exchange & Return Policy

At TIRR, we carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards.

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, sleepwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

– The item received is damaged or defective.
– The wrong item or size was sent.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the issue.

Items must be:

– Unused
– Unwashed
– In original packaging with tags attached

Please note:
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Sale or promotional items are final sale.
– Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
